Back for work le, so i update something about last friday, we have our TRACK AND FIELD outing at EAST COAST PARK, we have lot of fun right guy, ya but too bad for me ba, i don't know how to cycle, so sad so do nothing much there also, i will update some of the photo later ba i guess, haha.

For no reason i no longer can run le, my leg problem is coming back and it getting worst then it use to be, pain like hell. hope it get well soon.
